A big congratulations to Domenik Fabrizio on joining the esteemed list of High School Heroes!
The High School Heroes program honors student-athletes who consistently show exemplary work in the classroom, on the athletic field and within the community.
A senior at Mystic Valley High School, Domenik is a member of both the football and track and field teams. From his perspective, the best part of being a student-athlete is the “camaraderie behind it all.”
But it’s not just about sports for Domenik, who proved his commitment to academics by receiving the Magna Cum Laude award on the National Latin Exam. Additionally, Domenik volunteers at the Student Action Service Club for kids in grades K-6 while maintaining a part-time job at Target.
So, how does this High School Hero do it all?
Domenik has mastered the challenge of being a student-athlete through his admirable time management skills. Domenik does his homework in the hours before and after practice and during his three study halls each week. His advice to other student-athletes? “Try your best and stick to what you enjoy.”
Well said, Domenik.
Congratulations from everyone at Plymouth Rock! We hope you continue to do your best and we wish you luck with your future endeavors!
