Consent to conduct business electronically applies to all requested information the Company gives you or receives from you in connection with the Company’s service. If you consent to electronic records, disclosures and transactions, you agree that the permanent record of the information you have provided will be stored by the Company on its systems. After consenting to conducting electronic transactions, you may, upon request, obtain a paper copy of the transaction at no cost to you. If you have any trouble accessing any requested information on the Company’s website, or if you want to receive a paper copy of the record of the transaction, you should call the Company (Monday-Friday) or send an email to [email protected]

To access and retain records of your electronic transactions from the Company, you must be able to view the records on your monitor and print documents or send screen prints to your printer. The specific hardware and software requirements can be found at

Your consent does not mean that the Company must provide the requested information electronically. The Company may opt to deliver requested information on paper if it chooses to do so. The Company may also require that certain documentation from you be delivered to the Company on paper.
