When you file a claim, you are automatically assigned to a personal claim representative, who will be your primary resource throughout the entire claim process. Your claim representative will be available to assist with questions you may have.

Tracking your claim is easy when you use your eServices account. Simply sign in to view key details, including the claim status, payments we’ve made and the name of the adjuster assigned to your claim.
