Step 1: Report your claim.
Step 2: If deemed eligible**, you’ll get the option to have a link to the CarPics web app sent via text.
Step 3: Click on the link and you’ll be walked through the process of taking and submitting photos of your vehicle.
Step 4: Once you submit your photos, our claims department will take over and complete the estimate.
