Activity 1
Go Hiking or Relax
From thrilling outdoor adventures and stunning natural landscapes to quiet moments that inspire, enjoy all that Manchester has to offer. A few options include choosing one of several hiking trails, outlet shopping and local farmers market to explore.
Golf
18-hole championship course designed by Walter Travis with panoramic views of the Green Mountains. This world-class facility has been named one of the “Top 75 courses in the U.S.” by Golf Digest and ranked in the “Top 3 courses in Vermont” by Golfweek.
Land Rover Off-Road Group Experience
Enjoy the great outdoors while developing off-road skills to tackle the most extreme terrain. Drive the latest Land Rover models and enjoy expert coaching. Whether you’ve never driven off-road or are a seasoned pro, you’ll quickly build confidence, refine your techniques, have fun along the way and create memories.
Manchester Hot Glass Blowing Class*
Classes in glassblowing are a unique experience! The class includes the option to choose and make your very own bowl, vase, drinking glass or paper weight.
BattenKill Valley Outdoor Canoeing and Kayaking*
Tucked against the hills, adjacent to a State hiking trail, this off-grid business offers outdoor experiences to folks of all levels, and advice for regional adventures. BVO’s philosophy is to provide knowledgeable, respectful services. This excursion includes 2 hours on the river in your choice of canoe or kayak.
Equinox Spa Experience (choose one below)
Relax and refresh your mind, body and spirit at The Spa at the Equinox. This luxury resort spa features local products and incorporates elements of Vermont’a natural beauty to create healing, revitalizing atmosphere and strong sense of place. Spa appointments will be scheduled around other selected activities.
Spa: Custom Massage
Custom full-body massage personalized to fit your unique needs.
Spa: Custom Facial
After a thorough skin evaluation, enjoy a refreshing facial to purify, nourish and hydrate your skin, customized to suit your specific skincare needs.
Spa: Manicure / Pedicure
Manicure: nails are shaped and cuticles are conditioned and then topped off with an application of your favorite polish.
Pedicure: Includes soak and foot scrub, cuticle conditioning and nail shaping and an application of the polish of your choice.

Sip & Paint
Sip and Paint events combine a professionally-led painting class with a high-energy environment and a few drinks.
Horseback Riding*
Ride along the hillside of our peaceful little valley on the most beautiful farmland in Southern VT. Go trail riding on Chipman Stable’s beautiful horse trails with spectacular views. Take a trail ride on the finest trained horses in the Northeast. The horses are sound, safe and sane. Experienced friendly trail guides are willing to help anyone who needs a little extra attention.
Fly Fishing*
Learn fly casting techniques. Essential fly fishing knots. How to choose your gear and tackle. Stream entomology (the science of insects). Proper fly selection. How to read water and currents. How to play, land, and safely release fish.
Scent Lab – Candle Bar
This is a live, in-person class where you learn to make your own hand-poured, soy candle.
Guided Tour of Hildene House
Tour the 412-acre estate of Robert Lincoln (son of Abraham and Mary Lincoln) and his wife Mary, including its Georgian revival mansion and 14 historic buildings.
