A couple days this week, we have been feeling very spring-like around the Plymouth Rock office. A little more sun thanks to daylight savings and some warmer temperatures have given us a boost. Everyone is really looking forward to spring and our favorite New Jersey traditions. Below is a quick list of some fun spring events in New Jersey communities all across the state, starting with the NJ Wine & Food Festival this weekend. Not a foodie? Kick start spring by bringing the family to the Springfest Garden Show at the fairgrounds in Augusta, NJ instead.
New Jersey has tons to offer across the entire state in the upcoming months, including the Easter Bunny Express at the Whippany Railway Museum, the BernARTsville Art Walk in—you guessed it—Bernardsville, the Spring Festival Crafts and Antique Show in Cape May, the British Car Show in Smithville, plus legendary singer Aretha Franklin is performing at the NJPAC on March 30. If that’s not enough, there are hundreds more events to discover on https://www.visitnj.org/. Choices range from touring estate homes to visiting historic sites from the Revolutionary War.
One of our favorite spring traditions is taking a drive down the Jersey Shore. In late spring, before the sun is too hot and the crowds are too large, the Jersey Shore is spectacular. This year more than ever, shore towns are looking forward to your visit. They have been working hard and local merchants, art centers, restaurants, and more are ready to greet you with open arms.
We would love to hear about your favorite places to visit in New Jersey as the weather warms up, your classic car comes out of the garage, the cover comes off the barbeque grill, and the cherry blossoms start to bloom. Leave a comment below or find us on Facebook and Twitter. See you this spring!
